Papr (usepapr.com) is a free editor made and run by Pearson Byrnes ("we"). By using it, you agree to these terms.

Your files

Papr works on your files in your browser. They stay on your device and remain entirely yours; we claim no rights to anything you create or edit. Your work is kept in your browser's storage, which can be lost if the browser's data is cleared, so keep your own copies of anything important.

Check your results

Papr is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Check exported files before you rely on them, especially redactions, signatures, forms and conversions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for data loss, file corruption or any other damages that arise from using Papr.

Using Papr

You must be at least 13 years old to use Papr, and you agree not to use it for anything illegal.

Papr itself

Papr's code, design and content belong to Pearson Byrnes. Papr is built with open-source libraries, including PDF.js, pdf-lib, MuPDF, Tesseract.js and TipTap, used under their licences.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes and contact
