Step 1: Open Your PDF
Load the document you want to review in Papr.

Step 2: Select the Comment Tool
Open the Insert menu and choose Comment.

Step 3: Place the Comment
Click on the page where the note belongs. Papr adds a comment marker at that spot.

Step 4: Enter and Edit Feedback
Type your note in the comment panel or popover. You can reopen the comment later to revise the text as feedback changes.

Step 5: Resolve Completed Items
When a note is complete, mark it as resolved so your review list stays organized.

Step 6: Export the Reviewed PDF
Export when you are finished so the document and its feedback are preserved in the output file.
