How to Crop / Trim PDF Pages

What the Crop Tool Can Do
- Trim top, right, bottom, and left page margins

Step-by-Step: Crop / Trim Pages
Step 1: Open Your PDF
Open the PDF you want to trim and go to the page where you want to set crop values.

Step 2: Open Tools > Crop / Trim Pages
In the top toolbar, open Tools and choose Crop / Trim Pages.

Step 3: Set Crop Margins
Adjust margins either by dragging the crop handles on the page overlay or by entering percentages for top/right/bottom/left in the options panel.

Step 4: Choose Where to Apply
Under Apply To, choose Current Page, All Pages, or Page Range.

Step 5: Apply Crop
Click Apply Crop to commit the trim operation. Use Equal Margins or Reset if needed before applying.

Step 6: Export the Result
After confirming the cropped pages look right, export the PDF to save your changes.

Tips for Clean Trims
- Start small: trim a few percent at a time to avoid clipping content.
- Use Page Range for mixed scans: apply different trims to different sections.
- Check text and annotations: review important pages before exporting.
