Using the Conversion Tool in Papr
Papr's Conversion tool now supports a much wider set of workflows in one modal: converting from PDF, converting to PDF, and running batch conversions. Everything runs locally in your browser.
What You Can Convert
The Conversion modal has three tabs so you can handle most file-conversion tasks without switching tools.
- From PDF: Word, Excel, CSV, PowerPoint, HTML, SVG, JPG, PNG
- To PDF: Word, Excel, CSV, HTML, SVG, JPG, PNG
- Batch Queue: Stack multiple conversions, run all, then download results

Tips for Better Results
- Use custom page ranges: Export only the pages you need for faster conversions.
- Use Batch for repetitive work: Queue multiple conversions and run them in one pass.
- For scanned PDFs: run OCR first when text extraction quality matters.
- For image output: increase resolution if you need sharper results.
